Greensboro organizers are striving to provide free housing for all conference
attendees. Please register
as early as possible to reserve a spot for yourself. The registration
table can set you up when you arrive. If you arrive after registration
Friday night or Saturday afternoon you can call fern at 502-457-1534 and
she can meet you to register and help you get housing. We have more people
than we had anticipated housing, which is rad, but Child Care: SeaNET organizers want you and your children to have a fabulous time at the conference. Please let us know prior to the conference how many children you have and their ages, so we can plan activities accordingly. Yummy Food: SeaNET will be providing meals throughout the conference, but we are asking that you support The Grapevine Restaurant, at 435B Dolly Madison Rd, which is providing us with space on Fri & Sat. nights. We really want to have free food for everyone all weekend, but we're gonna need your help. The conference is turing out to be bigger than we were expecting, so we're asking for your help. If people can bring whatever food they can get free for us to use that would be rad! It would really help us out a lot! Transportation: If you need us to pick you up at the bus station we need to know IN ADVANCE. please email or call Mackie at (336) 274-1814 to arrange something. The Greensboro bus system can be reached for bus times & fares at (336) 335-6499.
